Simple Syn Free Veggie/Chicken Soup Slimming World

   Simple Syn Free Veggie/Chicken soup

   Ingredients:

  • 2 Oxo vegetable stock cubes 
  • 2 Oxo chicken stock cubes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot 
  • 2/3 potatoes 
  • Vermicelli 
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Start off by peeling and dicing the potatoes and carrots. Don't cut these all too big as they will take longer to cook. Chop the onion and pepper finely. 
  2. Put all of the vegetables to a large pan and add the stock cubes and 800ml to 1liter depending on your taste. Bring to the boil and then put it on a low heat and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
  3. Finally add your preferred amount of vermicelli to the soup and season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste. 

You can always add chicken or any other vegetables to your soup. Or replace the chicken stock cubes with vegetable ones to make a completely vegetarian soup.
